Where is the rented car taken over/returned?

Both the return and the pick-up of the rented car will be done inside the airport parking lot, because time is precious and we do not want it to be wasted for our customers. There is also the possibility of predetermining another well-defined location within the city.

How do we meet?

In case of completed reservations, a TransilvaniaCar delegate will be inside the airport at the Arrivals terminal, with a banner containing the full name of the expected customer. The agent will always be on time, at the scheduled time and in the chosen location. Even if there are changes in the flight time, we will be prepared in such a way that the meeting with the client will take place without fail.

What is the pick-up/return time interval?

The pick-up and return of the rented cars is made 24 hours a day, at the preset times at the time of booking.

Which should be the condition of the car?

All our cars will be delivered to clean customers, with a full tank and the maximum windshield solution. They will also be equipped with tires for the rental season and last but not least the first aid equipment will be complete. Revisions are made on time, at unequivocally high standards.

Are there any hidden fees?

This is the question that scares customers the most, and our definite answer is NO! All taxes are included in the price: RCA insurance, Casco insurance with deductible, road tax, tire tax, handover pick-up between 08:00-22:00, airport tax. The price displayed at the end of the reservation is final!
